7.3 PMS Project Scheduling Experience

The following project management scheduling experience is based on a real healthcare organization’s information technology (IT) project to upgrade an IT network's Intrusion Protection System (IPS). Using the project charter presented for the Project Planning experience, the selected project management software, and the WBS created in the Project Planning experience, produce a project schedule to complete that project in a similar timeframe using next Monday as a project start date.  Attached is a sample project schedule that was produced for the project using Microsoft Project.
